They first had me install a new Twain SDK which they said would make the scanner work under Leopard. They then had me remove the scanner from the USB hub and connect directly which also did not work. They just sent me a message saying the scanner must be defective (worked fine under Tiger!) and that I could buy a new one from them at a reduced cost under a customer loyalty program.
